EGGER installation process for laminate flooring does not violate Akzenta patent

Akzenta filed a patent violation suit against two EGGER companies with the Düsseldorf District Court in June 2008. The company Akzenta was of the opinion that a certain EGGER process for the installation of laminate flooring violated its own patented installation process. In its decision dated 15th June 2009, the court dismissed the suit.
